Annual Dues for Mandatory Sections
Note: Credit Card Payments Can Not Be Accepted at This Time.

June 1 - Annual Dues are due ($150)
August
August 15 - $50 late fee applied if dues not received ($200 total)
September
September 15 - additional $50 late fee applied if dues not received ($250 total)
October
October 15 - additional $100 late fee applied if dues not received + lien on property + attorney fees
